The 杏吧原创 Data Dashboards are a great staring point for data exploration. The dashboards have information about applicants, students, course enrollment, course success, and more! The dashboards provide a broader overview of metrics and may not be able to answer specific questions. If you need a dashboard created, need help navigating the dashboards, or need information not found in the dashboards, contact the Columbia College Research and Planning Office.

Click on the icon in the bottom right of the dashboard to go full-screen and see additional pages. Additionally, some dashboards have second pages with other filters/views.

Academic Awards

The Academic Award Dashboard shows the number of awards obtained by students and the unduplicated headcount of students that obtained awards.
Course Enrollment

The Course Enrollment Dashboard shows course enrollment characteristics such as the Number of Active Sections, Census Enrollment, FTES, Average Fill Rates etc.
Student Headcount

The Student Headcount Dashboard shows the number of students Enrolled, Attempted/Completed Units, and Term Persistence by student characteristics.
Scheduling

The Scheduling Dashboard provides information on Number of Sections, Average Census Enrollment, and Average Fill Rate by term.
Applicants

The Applicants Dashboard shows the number of students that have applied to Columbia College and the percent that successfully enroll.
Course Success

The Course Success Dashboard shows Graded Enrollment, Course Success Rates, and Course Persistence Rates by section and student characteristics.
Program Snapshot

The Program Snapshot Dashboard shows the number of students Declared, Declared and Active, and the total number of Awards for programs.
